Factors effecting Air Pressure:
Altitude (Elevation)
Air pressure is low at high altitudes. (Air is thinner)
Air pressure is high at low altitudes.
Temperature
a. Warm air weighs less than cool air.
b. Warm air has less pressure than cool air.
Water Vapor, Humidity, Moisture:
Moist air weighs less than dry air.
Moist air has less pressure than dry air.
Air Pressure presses in all directions.
